When we were in the market for a new home (4 years ago), it helped remembering the golden rule of real estate: you’re not just buying a home, you’re also becoming a part of a neighborhood. Although there may never be a perfect neighborhood, there are many things in this one that matched our daily needs. Aside from great school, proximity to great restaurants / freeway / shopping, living here in Northville trails gets better and better each year.
One of the definitions of “neighbor” in the urban dictionary is “a person who shows kindliness or helpfulness towards his or her fellow humans” and that couldn’t be more true. Our neighbors are the BEST part. The friendless they’ve shown us is wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for better. We take pride in our ownership and are so glad we became part of such an amazing neighborhood.
